Adam Kustra

Owner

Adam Kustra

Adam has resided in St. Louis for all but three years of his life, with a consistent goal of making a positive impact on the city and contributing to its resurgence. Currently, he is involved with Intersection Real Estate, a company that offers comprehensive real estate services including brokerage, property management, and construction and maintenance services. Their primary focus is helping small and mid-sized investors invest in the St. Louis market. They are also dedicated to exceptional customer service, serving not only investment clients but also tenants in search of new homes or residing in properties under their management.

Prior to his involvement in real estate, he gained over seven years of experience in leasing and property management. Before that, he spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, where he held positions such as Executive Chef and General Manager at Jazz at the Bistro. He also owned his own late-night sandwich joint called The U., which offered delivery services until 3 am. Outside of Intersection, Adam loves hiking, great food, his dogs, and traveling to new places around the US, and around world.

Property management for a single family home is a flat rate of $85/mo, and for properties with 2-4 units, there is an $85 base price, plus $35/mo. per door after. Have a building more than 4 units? Let us know!
We primarily focus on St. Louis City and County, but also work in St. Charles and Jefferson Counties, in Missouri
Intersection Real Estate is a full-service property management company, general contractor, and brokerage. We can handle all of your investment real estate needs from start to finish.
