Adam has resided in St. Louis for all but three years of his life, with a consistent goal of making a positive impact on the city and contributing to its resurgence. Currently, he is involved with Intersection Real Estate, a company that offers comprehensive real estate services including brokerage, property management, and construction and maintenance services. Their primary focus is helping small and mid-sized investors invest in the St. Louis market. They are also dedicated to exceptional customer service, serving not only investment clients but also tenants in search of new homes or residing in properties under their management.
Prior to his involvement in real estate, he gained over seven years of experience in leasing and property management. Before that, he spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, where he held positions such as Executive Chef and General Manager at Jazz at the Bistro. He also owned his own late-night sandwich joint called The U., which offered delivery services until 3 am. Outside of Intersection, Adam loves hiking, great food, his dogs, and traveling to new places around the US, and around world.
Vincent was born and raised in Chicago and is a fan of the Chicago Cubs Baseball Team. Vincent has lived in the St. Louis region for over 20 years and has an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer and Internet Programming from Sanford-Brown College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a minor in Organizational Studies from Fontbonne University. After 14 years working in local government, he decided to switch career paths and explore Real Estate full time. He has a small portfolio of real estate which gave him the push to pursue this industry. He is a Notary Public and in his free time he enjoys gardening, collecting hard to find sneakers, and is a pet dad to 3 pit bull rescues and a 17-year-old special needs cat.
Jessica brings over 10 years of corporate accounting experience and organization to the Intersection Real Estate team. She has worked in the property management account payables and vendor management field for the past 6 years. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog Sweetie. She also enjoys playing volleyball and riding fast roller coasters.
Quentin was born and raised in St. Louis MO, and graduated from University City High School. He's 35 years old married with 3 kids. Quentin has been doing residential construction management for 6 years. Quentin is experienced with all parts of the city and the different types of properties (multi-families and single-family homes) within the city. He understands all guidelines and rules with the different municipalities and understands how to work with the city to get properties occupied. He’s experienced with working with local investors and property owners as well as out of state clients as well. When not working Quentin enjoys watching sports, hanging out with his family and friends, or finding a new show to binge watch.
Alex was born and raised in St. Louis and has always had a love for the many diverse neighborhoods and architectural styles that the city has to offer. Alex is an Australian outback adventurer with a larger-than-life personality and a keen sense of survival. He is known for his ruggedness, resourcefulness, and his ability to handle dangerous situations, especially those involving crocodiles. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and long runs with his dog, Annie.
Carolyn is an offshore virtual assistant that helps with onboarding new owners, making sure utility bills are processed correctly and assists with a multitude of other daily tasks. Her life mantra is “never say no without even trying”
Born and raised in South Saint Louis, Savannah is a graduate of Mehlville High School and Saint Louis Community College at Forest Park. She’s also lived in Las Vegas and Denver but will forever consider Saint Louis “home”. Six years ago, she made the decision to pursue her real estate license and has never looked back. Not only is she a history buff, but she is also an avid supporter for the advancement of The City of Saint Louis. Combining these two things, she has found great fulfillment in the restoration of the historic buildings and neighborhoods that can be found there. With a keen eye for design and a talent for project management, Savannah has successfully completed well over 100 rehabs throughout her career and is now a go-to resource for clients that are looking to do the same! In her free time, Savannah enjoys live music and taking long road trips to see unusual and extraordinary things.
Oscar was born and raised in Garden Grove, California but moved to Mexico as a teenager. Mixing his Hispanic roots with his American upbringing, it helped in understanding both cultures which lead him to obtain a degree in Social Psychology in Mexico. He has collaborated with a variety of civil movements and government organizations during his career. Looking for new opportunities, he decided to switch to Real Estate and become a licensed Realtor. He enjoys a good book in his free time and working out with his peers.
Scott was born and raised in the Lou. He was born into a large blue-collar family. They were taught from an early age how to fix things. He has been in the construction industry for 26 years and has learned many trades in that time. He loves to learn and see the end results of projects that he works on. He is very outgoing and enjoys meeting and talking to people from every walk of life. He also happens to be a professional percussionist! He has played many types of music with some of the best in the business from all over the world. His motto is “I should learn something new every day, because if you’re not learning, then you’re not living.”
Madeline is Intersection Real Estate's Leasing Manager. Madeline has worked in leasing for 6 years. She grew up in St. Louis and knows the city like the back of her hand. She takes great pride in St. Louis and loves showing off all the hidden gems to new and old residents alike. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from UMSL and is a mom to two beautiful boys. Before working in leasing, she worked as a housing repair case manager for a nonprofit and served as the Democratic Committee Woman in her ward. In her free time, Madeline enjoys walking in parks, exploring new restaurants, art galleries, and music venues, and motorcycle joy rides.
